VERANO ENERGY
We are an international company composed of three integrated divisions which all serve to advance and execute our internal portfolio of renewable energy and green hydrogen projects:
Project Development, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), and O&M (Operations and Maintenance). These business units are supported by various internal departments such as:
Legal, administration and finance, permitting, health and safely, engineering, compliance, energy commercialization, project control, project finance, plant administration and optimization, amongst others.

EXECUTIVE STRUCTURE
Dylan Rudney, of American and Chilean nationality, is the founder of Verano Energy and has over 14 years of experience in the energy industry. He possesses extensive expertise in the development and financing of renewable energy projects, having played a leading role in the business’s expansion through project development and raising over $1 billion dollars to finance projects.
Dylan Rudney
Collin Hamilton is a co-founder of Verano Energy. He started in the energy sector at Chevron Energy Solutions, and in 2013, he started working with Dylan Rudney to support the engineering and development of Verano Energy’s initial projects. Later, he co-founded Verano EPC and Verano O&M. Today, with over 14 years of experience, he plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s new ventures, such as Green Hydrogen.
Collin Hamilton
Felipe has a strong background in corporate finance and more than 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, leading administration, finance, and management control functions. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions, building solid expertise in financial modeling, financing structuring, due diligence processes, and engagement with banks, investors, and boards. At Verano Energy, he joins to contribute his knowledge and experience, strengthening the company’s financial structure and supporting its growth in the development of renewable energy projects across Latin America.
Felipe Mena
Tomás has over 13 years of national and international experience in the renewable energy sector. He has a broad background across the full project lifecycle, from development to construction and operations, and has led more than 12 projects that today contribute over 1 GW to the Chilean energy system. In recent years, Tomás has contributed to Verano Energy’s growth by driving the construction and operation of our PMGD portfolio, the execution of our first Utility Scale project, and the expansion of our operations in Colombia.
Tomás Anuch
Diego has more than 15 years of experience leading legal, regulatory, and corporate matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions of high responsibility, building a strong track record in M&A, project finance, project development, compliance, and regulation. At Verano Energy, he has brought a strategic perspective and a deep understanding of the business, establishing key legal leadership that supports the company’s growth and positioning within the renewable energy sector in Latin America. His career has been recognized by the Legal 500 GC Powerlist, highlighting his relevance within the regional legal and energy markets.
Diego Corp
Carolina Galleguillos has over 20 years of experience, nationally and internationally, in renewable energies. She has a diverse and extensive background in the industry, working at the executive level in international companies such as Econcern from the Netherlands and Goldwind from China. In recent years, Carolina has contributed to the growth of Verano, originating over 1 GW in solar projects and securing financing for more than 300 MW.
Carolina Galleguillos
Juan Carlos has over 15 years of experience leading projects and teams in the energy sector. Since July 2025, he has led Verano Energy’s operations in Colombia, driving the commercial strategy, the development of new photovoltaic and storage projects, and building strong partnerships with key players in both the public and private sectors. Over the past years, he has developed deep knowledge of the Colombian energy market, leading the execution of large-scale solar projects and building strong commercial networks across Latin America.
Juan Carlos Ruiz
Alejandro Dintrans has over 18 years of experience in renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental management. He has led technical teams in consulting and infrastructure companies and advised law firms and engineering firms. A recipient of the European Community Research Scholarship, his research has been widely cited. He is currently Development Director at Verano Energy, leading an 8.7 GW pipeline across Chile, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
